Starting position: Long pose (circular breathing). Lie comfortably on your back with your legs straight. Bend one leg and place the sole of your foot against the inside of the thigh of the other leg. Let one arm hang naturally, palm facing inward; gently clench your fist and place your other hand on the upper edge of the iliac crest of the hip on the bent leg side. Close your eyes.
